"We've never experienced such accomodating staff. Though you didn't have a bellman, Allen said that he would be happy to help us with our luggage AND he truly seemed happy to help us. The girl in the breakfast room even remembered that my husband used the low-sugar maple syrup, and brought some to us before we sat down!
